How long does the first call take?
Ten minutes at most, often less. We work out what you need, we choose your teacher, we set a date. That's all. No sales script, no catalogue presentation.
I'd rather write than call, is that possible?
Yes, of course. WhatsApp is ideal for sending a screenshot of whatever is blocking you, a 30-second voice message, or simply asking a question. Email works better for longer questions or attachments.
How much does a one-to-one lesson cost?
140 CHF an hour, with no commitment and no subscription. You decide session by session. Travel to your home is free in the Eaux-Vives area, and costs 20 to 100 CHF for other neighbourhoods and municipalities depending on the distance (Plainpalais, Champel, Pâquis, Servette, Carouge, Meyrin, Vernier, Lancy, Veyrier, Thônex, Onex, Chêne).
Can I have a lesson at home rather than at the office?
Yes. Your teacher comes to your home in central Geneva at no extra cost. It's often the better option: you learn on your own computer, with your real emails, in your everyday surroundings.
Will you call me back to sell me something?
No. If you don't follow up after the first call, we don't call you back. Your details are never sold on. Our clients come to us by word of mouth, not through cold calling.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Closed on Sunday. Outside those hours, leave a WhatsApp message or an email: you'll have a reply as soon as we open on the next working day.
