On the spot once the work is done: TWINT, cash, or bank transfer with a QR invoice sent the same evening. We cannot take card payments at your home. For companies and self-employed people, 30-day invoicing on request.
My computer is really old, can you still help?
Yes. We work just as happily on Mac OS X 10.13 and later and on Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11. On very old machines we tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense, or whether replacing it works out cheaper over six months. We never push you to buy something new for the sake of it.
