How much does corporate IT training in Geneva cost?
A half-day starts at 850 CHF excluding VAT for a group of up to 15 people. A full day starts at 1 500 CHF excluding VAT. A focused 3-hour workshop starts at 600 CHF excluding VAT. You receive a detailed quote within 48 hours of our discovery meeting. No hidden fees, no surprises.
How many people can you train in one group?
From 4 to 15 people per session. That is the format that keeps a real conversation going and lets everyone practise on their own files. For larger groups, we run several sessions or split the team by level.
Do you travel outside Geneva?
Yes, we train regularly in Lausanne, Nyon, Morges, La Côte, Vevey and across the canton of Vaud. For the other cantons of French-speaking Switzerland, a travel fee is added to the quote. Video call and hybrid formats are also available if you prefer.
Are you eligible for the annual training voucher or cantonal funding?
Our corporate training is tax deductible as a business expense. For the Geneva annual training voucher (CAF), eligibility depends on the content of the training and on the status of the person receiving it. We help you with the supporting documents when we send the quote.
What does corporate training actually look like?
Three steps: a free 30-minute discovery meeting to pin down your needs, a detailed quote and programme within 48 hours, then the training at your place or at our Eaux-Vives office. Every participant leaves with their PDF materials, a certificate of attendance and 30 days of WhatsApp access for follow-up questions.
How long between the first request and the start of the training?
On average 2 to 3 weeks between your first contact and the first session. For urgent needs (a key team member leaving, an audit, a deadline), we can start within 5 working days. We fit the schedule around your availability.
Do you offer training by video call or in a hybrid format?
Yes. Available formats: in person at your offices, in person at our Eaux-Vives office, by video call (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), or hybrid (a mix of in person and video call for teams spread across sites). We adapt the format to your organisation and to your internal culture.
Is Swiss VAT charged?
Yes, Swiss VAT at the rate in force (8.1 % in 2026) is added to the amount excluding VAT. Our UID number and all the legal details appear on the quote. The invoice is issued by Cours-Informatique.ch (David Khazaei, Geneva) and is fully deductible.
