I am a complete beginner. Is that a problem?
Beginners are our main audience, so no, it is not a problem at all. The first session is about seeing where you stand, with no test and no judgement. If you are not sure yet what a double-click is, we start there, and that is perfectly fine.
How many sessions before I can manage on my own?
It depends on your goal. To send photos and handle your messages, three to five sessions is common. To feel comfortable on a computer day to day, more like eight to ten. We impose no package: you decide session by session.
