Planning a private lesson
Call us to make an appointment and set a date and location for your 1st class. Please note that our courses are one-to-one, enabling you to learn more effectively and solve your problems quickly and precisely.
We offer the possibility of carrying out computer courses at home or at our offices in Geneva Eaux-vives at 36 rue du 31 décembre.
When we call, we’ll ask you to prepare a list of the points you’d like to cover during the course. Thanks to this, we can work on what you want first.
How the computer course works
If this is your first private computer lesson, we start by getting to know your current equipment so that we can adapt our working methods and optimize your machine for the use you wish to make of it.
Then we move on, checking that we have understood and correctly applied the various techniques taught.
We want our students to fully master the various processes, and this sometimes means repeating the exercises.
Homework and progress monitoring
Most of the work is done when we’re not there, and yes! You’ll have homework to do! This will enable you to get to grips with your technology and use it on your own.
Then, at the next appointment, we can look at the various difficulties encountered and help you to overcome them.

Where do beginner computer courses take place?
Our computer lessons take place either directly at your home or office, in your working environment, or at our premises in Geneva at Eaux-Vives 36 rue du 31 décembre.

What should I prepare before my session?
In order to be as efficient as possible in learning how to use a computer, we ask you if possible to prepare a list of all the things you’d like to talk about during the lesson, so that we can cover the subjects that are important to you before offering you more tips and tricks.

Don’t worry, we can also take care of repair your equipment at your home.

How much do computer courses cost?
Computer lessons are charged by the hour, with no obligation. Customized, à la carte lessons at your home, in modules of one or two hours.
140 chf per hour.
Payment by cash, twint or bank transfer.
Courses are billable and tax-deductible if requested by a professional.
A grant application can also be made to the
the State of Geneva.
Travel is charged at CHF 60 throughout the canton of Geneva, with the exception of the Eaux-Vives district in central Geneva.
What financing options are available?
We make it easy for you to finance your courses with a range of tailored options:
1. Payment in monthly instalments
Pay in 3 free monthly instalments, with an initial instalment of 50%. Available only to Swiss residents with a recent extract from the debt enforcement register.
2. Unemployment insurance-funded labor market measurement
Some of our training courses are financed by the unemployment insurance scheme as part of the labor market measures (MMT), to support your return to employment.
3. Vocational reintegration measure financed by Hospice général
In the canton of Geneva, recipients of social assistance can obtain funding for training aimed at reintegrating them into the job market, via the Hospice général.
4. Rehabilitation measure financed by Disability Insurance
The AI finances some of our training courses for people whose ability to work is reduced due to a health problem. The aim of this funding is to help them maintain or return to work.
